How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt by emailing contact@atlascollectif.com.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange in your request.

Items must be returned in original, resealable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and complete with tags and original packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

 

Free Returns & Exchanges: UAE, Singapore & Malaysia

Customers in the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and Malaysia benefit from free returns and exchanges.

Our operations team will facilitate the process for you. Simply reach out to contact@atlascollectif.com and we will guide you through the next steps.

 

International Returns & Size Exchanges

For customers outside the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and Malaysia, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.

Delivery of exchanged item(s) back to you will also be charged at the standard regional shipping rates.

Any customs charges incurred on returns must be covered by the customer.

Atlas Collectif will not be responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.

Please ensure your return is well-packaged and meets all conditions outlined above.

All returned items are subject to quality control. Atlas Collectif reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Items purchased during sales, as well as undergarments, socks, and grooming products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges can only be processed once per order and are subject to stock availability.

Refunds are issued as store credit only, based on the value paid, excluding original postage and packaging.

Store credit can be used on your next purchase at www.atlascollectif.com.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free return.

You may request an exchange, subject to stock availability, or store credit equal to the amount paid, excluding original postage.
