STORE EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST (Full-time, On-Site)

Do you enjoy creating welcoming spaces and connecting with people through movement and community?

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Experience Specialist to join the Atlas Collectif team. You'll play an important role in bringing the Atlas Collectif brand to life by creating exceptional in-store experiences, supporting daily operations, and helping foster a community centred around running and active living.

Key Skills:

Store presentation & visual merchandising
Inventory organization & stock replenishment
Cashiering & basic transaction handling
Event and community activation support
Basic Excel and data entry skills

What You'll Do:

Welcome and engage customers to create a memorable store experience
Support smooth day-to-day retail operations
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
Assist with stock management and inventory replenishment
Support cashiering and customer transactions
Help execute in-store promotions and displays
Assist during community runs, events, and brand activations
Contribute to a store environment that inspires customers to return

6-day work week
Tuesday to Sunday

STORE COORDINATOR (Part-time, On-site)

Do you enjoy being part of a vibrant running community and helping create memorable experiences for others?

We're looking for an energetic and reliable Store Coordinator to support the Atlas Collectif team at our Clubhouse at Semuahouse. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth weekend operations, delivering excellent customer experiences, and supporting our growing community through run sessions and in-store activities.

What You'll Do:

Support weekend store operations and customer experience
Assist customers with enquiries and in-store support
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
Support cashiering and customer transactions when required
Assist with participant flow and coordination during weekend run sessions
Help prepare and maintain store readiness for community activities
Contribute to a welcoming and engaging environment for customers and runners
Support the team in delivering a seamless weekend experience
