Returning Goods

If you're not over the moon with your purchase, don't worry! You can find our Exchange & Return Policy here You have a generous 14 days from the date of receipt to reach out to us at contact@atlascollectif.com. Just make sure the items are in their original, resealable condition. In your email, please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We're here to help!

What You Get

Once we receive your return, you have options: choose between an exchange or receive store credit. However, please note that the original postage and packaging costs won't be included in your store credit.

We Can't Accept

We want to give you the best, so we can't accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, or aren't in their original condition. Please take good care of your returns.

Important Guidelines

Here are some important guidelines for smooth returns:

  • Ensure your returned items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and come with their original tags and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, so choose a trusted service.
  • Protect your items with proper packaging to avoid any damage in transit.
  • We recommend using a traceable, insured service for peace of mind.
  • While we hope it doesn't happen, if there's any damage or loss during the return shipment, we can't be held responsible.
  • All returns are subject to a quality check. If your item(s) don't meet the conditions above, we might need to refuse your return or exchange.

Special Cases

Please note that items purchased during a sale, undergarments, socks, and grooming products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Exchange Limits

If you opt for an exchange, it can be done once per receipt.

Calculating Store Credit

Your store credit will be based on the item's purchase price, excluding the original postage and packaging costs. It's our way of making things right for you!

International Returns & Size Exchanges

We want to make sure you’re happy with your order.

  • United Arab Emirates, Singapore & Malaysia
    Returns and size exchanges are free of charge. Simply reach out to us at contact@atlascollectif.com and we’ll help you process your refund or exchange.

  • All Other Countries
    If you’re returning items from outside the UAE, Singapore, or Malaysia, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using your local postal service or a reliable courier. Delivery of exchanged items will also be charged at the standard shipping rates for your region. Please note that any return custom duties or fees are your responsibility.

All returns can be shipped either to our Middle East HQ in Dubai or our Asia HQ in Kuala Lumpur. Full address details will be provided once you contact us.

Defective Items or Wrong Deliveries

For items with defects or those delivered incorrectly, we've got you covered. Returns are on us! You can choose between an exchange (if available) or receive store credit based on the product's purchase price (excluding original postage and packaging costs).
