Our Online Exchanges & Returns Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt by emailing contact@atlascollectif.com. Please include your order number and reason for return in your request.

To qualify, all items must be in original, resealable condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and complete with tags and original packaging. Items that don’t meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Free Returns & Exchanges – UAE, Singapore & Malaysia

Customers in the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and Malaysia benefit from free exchanges and returns. Our operations team will facilitate the process for you — just reach out to us at contact@atlascollectif.com and we’ll handle the rest.

International Returns & Size Exchanges

For all other international orders, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using your local postal service or a trusted courier with tracking and insurance.

  • Delivery of exchanged item(s) will also be charged at the standard regional shipping rates.

  • Any customs charges on returns must be covered by the customer.

  • Atlas Collectif will not be held responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

Please ensure your return is well-packaged and meets all conditions outlined above.

Terms & Guidelines

  • All returned items are subject to quality control. Atlas Collectif reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these standards.

  • Items purchased during sales, or undergarments, socks, and grooming products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Exchanges can only be processed once per order and are subject to stock availability.

  • Store credit will be issued at the value paid (excluding original postage/packaging) and can be used on your next purchase at www.atlascollectif.com.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, you are eligible for a free return. You may request an exchange (subject to stock availability) or store credit equal to the amount paid (excluding original postage).
