  – Free shipping on orders above AED 400.

• 🇦🇺 Australia
  – AUD 25 standard shipping.
  – Free shipping on orders above AUD 150.
  – Delivery: approx. 7 working days.

• 🇪🇺 Europe
  – €15 standard shipping.
  – Free shipping on orders above €100.
  – Delivery: approx. 7 working days (customs clearance may cause delays).

  – USD 20 standard shipping.

Can I change my shipping option?

Yes. If you’d like to change your shipping method after placing your order, please email contact@atlascollectif.com with your order number and updated delivery address. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

How long will delivery take?

• Malaysia: Next working day.

• Singapore & Southeast Asia: 1-3 working days.

• United Arab Emirates: Next-day delivery.

• Australia: Around 7 working days.

• Europe: Around 7 working days.

• USA: 7–10 working days.

• Other International Orders: 8–10 working days, up to 20 depending on destination and customs clearance.

Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and must be paid by the recipient once the parcel arrives. These charges are outside our control and cannot be calculated at checkout.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. Please note: we cannot accept returns for parcels refused due to unpaid customs duties.
